Elon Musk’s company SpaceX has raised $250 million in an equity last month, the company discloses. Now SpaceX has raised $2 billion. The disclosure doesn’t specify the source of funds, but they noted they came from five investors.
SpaceX did not disclose any changes in its valuation. The company value has went up in the last few years, giving SpaceX more funds to work on two new projects. The company’s value hit $127 billion during it’s equity in May. That raise brought about $1.725 billion.
SpaceX is now working towards the next milestone in Starship’s development. Earlier this week, Musk said on Twitter “That a successful orbital flight is probably between 1 and 12 months from now.”
