It concluded with a titanic rematch of Darth Vader vs Obi-Wan Kenobi. Fans are expecting that Kenobi’s journey will continue on television in a potential second season. Even though the show was first advertised as a limited series.
Fans Are Hoping Darth Vader VS Obi-Wan Kenobi In Season 2:
The Obi-Wan Kenobi season 1 finale sets up an unthinkable Darth Vader scenario for the next season. The series, which acted as a sort of prelude to the original Star Wars movie, saw the long-awaited duel between Obi-Wan and Darth Vader. Even though Obi-Wan struggled in their initial meeting on the new program. He regained his strength and defeated Darth Vader in the season premiere.

In terms of how it will proceed without Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi season 2 will face a tremendous hurdle. Since the Obi-Wan vs. Darth Vader battle is now over, the upcoming season will likely present a fresh tale with a new opponent. The issue with it, though, is that Darth Vader himself served as the antagonist in Obi-Wan Kenobi season 1. He was a cinematic legend and one of history’s most infamous villains. It’s difficult to see the Star Wars franchise choosing a figure who can match a villain as significant as Anakin Skywalker, despite the tremendous size of the movie’s rogues’ gallery. Unfortunately, likely, whoever is cast in this role won’t be as interesting or memorable as the last one.
Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 2: How Will It Compare to Darth Vader?
In Obi-Wan Kenobi season 2, it may argue that only his master has the potential to pose a greater threat than Darth Vader. Darth Sidious, played by Ian McDiarmid, would be a terrifying opponent for Ewan McGregor’s character. However, it can be difficult to make the pairing work without deviating from Star Wars canon. Palpatine’s unexpected entrance in the climax suggested that he was not interested in pursuing Obi-Wan further. This adds another barrier to the possibility of such a significant clash occurring in a future plot. Obi-Wan can’t defeat Darth Sidious, thus Star Wars would have to find a way to force a fight between them.
However, The best course of action for Obi-Wan Kenobi may be to simply produce a villain that can spark a lot of excitement for the upcoming season rather than attempting to top Darth Vader.
