This will allow them to work from the office physically at least 3 days a week. The implementation of this news will start on May 1, 2023. So, that’s why we are thinking to create teams that develop a creative plan that benefits the whole company. We also know that the decision we made didn’t work at the start but as you know there is a big difference between office and working from home.
We decided based on our Company reputation which will improve after the implementation of the decision. The company wants that our office’s reputation will also improve so that it will capture the creative ways to work out.
